The Deputy Minister, Ms Makhotso Sotyu arrives at Phuthaditjhaba to unveil the Environmental Education Center as part of District Development Model.

During the unveiling, the Deputy Minister also donates 20 skip bins to Maluti-A-Phofung Local Municipality. The bins came in handy in the area as they will assist with waste management.
